Position：Business management consultant

Academic qualifications:
Focus on undergraduate more than 2 years of experience in business management, more than 2 years work experience of the large consulting firms involved in at least two customer satisfaction case;
2, key university graduate or MBA graduate, a business management experience, two years of work experience of the large consulting firms, at least involved in the case of two or more customer satisfaction consulting;

Personality requirements:
Integrity, honesty, perseverance, harmony
Character requirements:
Positive, cheerful and open-minded, warm, calm
Professional ethics:
Courage to play a serious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous honesty and confidentiality


Professional skills:
1, at least grasp the corporate strategy, marketing, human resources, corporate culture, R & D, production, supply chain management module including a module consult the basic theory, the independent-led consulting projects, at least annually to cultivate an assistant counselor successfully promoted to consulting division.
Familiar with the consulting work processes and skills, has a good training capacity;
Basic skills:
A skilled use of computers and office software (in particular, PPT, processes, charts, etc.)

The post is mainly the work of:
1, is responsible for consulting projects related to professional copy data preparation and repair is issued;
2, responsible for consulting projects related to the professional industry research and analysis;

4, responsible for consulting projects related to professional training and improvement of instruction;
5, subject to the project director and project manager working arrangements;
